About SEF tutoring
People use different terms for what we offer: executive functioning coaching, ADHD coaching, therapeutic tutoring, focus coaching, etc. We don't mind what you call us, what we care about is what we can do to help our students decrease the chaos of their daily routine and build habits that set them up for success.
We do this by helping to identify the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals, and providing tailored, compassionate support to get you organized and moving toward success.
We believe in providing holistic support to reach your goals, so our coaches are also qualified to offer academic support and guidance across a range of subjects, from elementary school to college and beyond.
