Cancellation Policy
All sessions can be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before the session time. If you need to reschedule due to illness less than 24 hours before the session time, please contact your coach directly. In all other circumstances, cancelation less than 24 hours prior to session time, or failure to show up at your scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeit of the full session fee. Any remaining sessions in package will be unaffected unless indicated otherwise by SEFtutoring.
